Why Music Therapy?
Music therapy is the collaborative, reflexive use of music within a therapeutic relationship with a trained music therapist (MT-BC). In the music therapy relationship, both clients and therapists work together to establish goals for the outcome of therapy work. Music therapy can involve songwriting as an exploration of the creative self, music listening to create playlists for coping with symptoms of illness, and integrative music and nature therapy for mindfulness.
Vision
To promote wellness in individuals, families, and communities through in-person services, services within community living facilitates, and partnering with community centers and resources.
To be an advocate and resource for building supportive communities where we can grow towards being our most whole selves.
Fees
Individual Therapy: $80-$175 per session
Group Therapy: $50 per session
Facility-based music therapy: $180 per hour of service, plus mileage reimbursement
Private Pay Therapy
Insurance limits what clinicians are able to do to help their clients. Number of sessions, type of treatment, and documentation requirements are all impacted. By forgoing insurance, we are able to expand the realms of healing to best serve each individual without being dictated by a third party.

I believe cost should not be a barrier to receiving help, which is why I offer sliding scale fees. If you have any concerns or questions about the cost of therapy, please contact me to work something out!
